What We Do

Three services. One seamless system.

  • A coordinator reviewing a detailed call log on a laptop screen
    Core Service

    Real-Time Call Logging

Every call is documented the moment it happens — not summarized from memory at the end of a shift. Our platform captures caller name, relationship, reason for call, action taken, and timestamp, giving you a complete audit trail every morning.

    • Timestamped entries for every inbound call
    • Caller type identified: client, family member, or caregiver
    • Notes captured verbatim during the call, not after
    • Accessible to your team the next business day
    Learn how logging works
  • A home care agency director reviewing a morning briefing report on their phone
    Morning Deliverable

    Morning Briefings

Before your team arrives, a complete overnight summary lands in your inbox. No hunting through voicemails. No piecing together what happened. Just a clear, organized report of every call, every action taken, and every item that needs follow-up.

    • Delivered before your office opens each morning
    • Organized by call type and urgency level
    • Follow-up action items clearly flagged
    • Sent via email — no new software to learn
    See a sample briefing
  • A caregiver on the phone with an on-call support agent late at night
    Caregiver Support

    Caregiver Call Triage

Caregiver calls follow a different protocol than client or family calls. Our software-guided triage process helps agents quickly identify the nature of each call — scheduling issue, wellness concern, or urgent situation — and route it appropriately.

After-hours caregiver call-offs are handled through a dedicated structured workflow. Learn more about our caregiver call-off management process.

    • Software-guided triage for consistent handling
    • Scheduling conflicts resolved or escalated per your rules
    • Urgent situations escalated immediately to your on-call contact
    • Non-urgent calls logged for morning review
    How triage works

Our service model brings together live call handling, structured documentation, and morning reporting in one coordinated system.

Common Questions

Everything you want to know before you sign up.

We've answered the questions we hear most often from agency directors. If yours isn't here, reach out — we're happy to talk through the details.

Coverage & Hours3 questions

When are you available?

  • Coverage schedules are established with each agency based on its contracted service needs. Most agencies configure coverage for evenings, overnight, and weekends — but the specific hours are agreed upon during onboarding and reflected in your service agreement.

  • Federal holiday coverage may be available as supplemental coverage based on the agency's service agreement. Coverage details are discussed and agreed upon during onboarding.

  • Our operating model is designed to support variations in after-hours call volume. Coverage capacity and handling procedures are discussed during onboarding.

How Calls Work4 questions

What happens when someone calls?

  • Calls are answered by trained live representatives. We do not use automated systems, voicemail trees, or bots for initial call handling.

  • During onboarding, we build a custom call guide for your agency. This includes your preferred greeting, escalation contacts, protocols for different call types, and any agency-specific instructions. Agents follow your guide on every call — not a generic script.

  • Client and family calls are handled conversationally by a live agent who captures the reason for the call, provides reassurance, and logs the interaction. Caregiver calls go through a software-guided triage process that helps agents quickly identify the nature of the call — scheduling issue, wellness concern, or urgent situation — and route it appropriately.

  • Urgent situations — a caregiver no-show, a client safety concern, a medical emergency — are escalated to your designated on-call contact per the protocols you define during onboarding. We follow your rules.

Logging & Reports3 questions

What records do you keep?

  • Every call is logged in real time during the conversation — not reconstructed afterward. Each entry includes the caller's name, relationship to the client, reason for the call, action taken by the agent, and a precise timestamp.

  • The morning briefing is a structured summary of all overnight activity. It is organized by call type and urgency, with follow-up action items clearly flagged. It arrives in your inbox before your office opens, so your team can start the day informed.

  • Yes. Full call logs are available to your team and can be provided in formats compatible with most home care software platforms. We can discuss your specific documentation needs during onboarding.

Getting Started1 questions

How do we get set up?

  • Most agencies are fully live within one week. Onboarding involves a setup call to build your custom call guide, a review of your escalation protocols, and a test period before going live. We handle the configuration — you just review and approve.

Don't see your question? We're happy to talk through the specifics of your agency's situation.
